Purchasing & delivery

You can pay using your usual debit/credit card. Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase.  I do not store any of your debit/ credit card details.

Please request more photos, or email me with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colours, or specifics of a piece.

Ethical note: If you have found my artwork through an art gallery that represents me, do please purchase the artwork direct through the gallery, or let me know the gallery’s name so I can reimburse them. If you’ve found my work via other routes such as word of mouth, marketing, or online search, then please do contact me directly. Either way, I enjoy building relationships with collectors.

Delivery and packaging

Delivery of limited edition prints, and original paintings is free in the UK.

Please contact me for information on international shipping prices. 

On completion of your order you will be sent a verification email.  I will make all reasonable efforts to post the artwork to you within 5 working days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been posted, you will be sent an email notification of posting that includes the delivery tracking number.

Original paintings will be packaged in a box with appropriate bubble wrapping and packing to protect it.

Smaller limited edition prints will be carefully packed flat in a rigid envelope.

Larger prints will be rolled and sent to you in a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition.

Please allow 2 weeks for limited edition print production and delivery. 

All deliveries are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

If you would like to collect in person you can enter code COLLECT at the checkout. I will email you to work out a time to meet once you’ve placed your order. My studio is in south Warwickshire. 

Outside the UK

I can deliver to most countries. Please email me with your details and the piece you would like and we can discuss shipping options – I  can advise on suitable international shipping, but will also work with you to use the best shipping company for your needs and destination. For international orders, please note you would be liable for the shipping cost and any import duties imposed by the destination country. 

Returns & exchanges

I want you to be totally satisfied with your artwork. If this is not the case, then do get in touch to arrange a return or replacement. If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for return postage and packaging costs using the same delivery service the artwork was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.

If, in the exceptionally rare case of damage upon receipt, then please notify us within 7 days. Photographic evidence of the damage may also be required to assist in the claim.

Please note, I’m unable to offer a refund or return on any products sent outside the UK.

A word about colour. Every care has been taken to show the work as accurately as possible with regard to colour. However, everyone sees colour slightly differently. Added to which, computers are also calibrated differently, so the image you see may vary slightly. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies, will not be a valid reason for return.
